Co-Located Mental Health (CLMH) services is a system of school-based mental health support for the students of DPS to support that need. It is an expansion of a 2010 DPS mental health pilot, in partnership with the UNC School of Social Work and the Durham Alliance at CC Spaulding Elementary School. The pilot evolved to serve all schools within Durham Public Schools as of the 2017-2018 school year. Through the CLMHS system, community mental health providers contract with DPS to provide services to students in the school(s) to which they have been assigned (go to 2023-2024 Provider Chart).
