Greetings Southern School of Energy & Sustainability,

As Career Development Coordinator (CDC), I support students in exploring career options, preparing for post-secondary education or employment, and developing essential skills for future success. I coordinate career development services, facilitate partnerships, and work collaboratively with administrators, student services personnel, teachers, parents, outside business/industry, post-secondary institutions, military, community organizations, and various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive career development program. In addition, I facilitate work-based learning opportunities (job shadowing, career events, guest speakers, the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS), networking, essential employability skills, resumes, mentors, internships, pre-apprenticeships, and offsite business & industry tours).
