• Explain the issue to your teacher. Ask your teacher to enter a ticket.
• When your teacher is ready, they will send you to the media center with your device and a note with the ticket number and some more information on it.
• Bring it to Ms. Bruch (pronounced "brook"), the librarian.
• She will call for you when it is ready.

Knowledge Base & FAQ

Every student should expect to be issued a functional Chromebook and charger at the beginning of the school year (or shortly after enrollment, if later). It is the student and family or guardian's responsibility to quickly assess issued technology and report problems to their teachers. Students are encouraged to use tape with their names or stickers on their chargers to help avoid mixups. If students lose or damage their chargers, they or their family may purchase a replacement using the link below.
