  • Rams ROCK!

At Rogers-Herr, expectations of student academics and behavior are high. To maintain a positive environment that is conducive to scholastic learning & success for every student, they must at all times, represent our school community, ensure the safety of others, and be held responsible for their actions.

Positive Behavior Intervention & Support (PBIS) is a statewide initiative for supporting caring and safe learning communities. Rogers-Herr's PBIS Team establishes and reinforces clear behavioral expectations throughout the school with the goal of educating all students, including those with challenging behaviors.
