Dr. Lewis is pleased to present his entry plan, centered on listening, learning, and leading within Durham Public Schools. During his first 100 days, he will fully engage with the vibrant and diverse community, meeting with educators, administrators, staff, students, families, community partners, and others who contribute to the mission of embracing, educating, and empowering every student to innovate, serve, and lead. He eagerly anticipates receiving feedback and insights as he deepens his understanding of the district, assesses its strengths and opportunities, and builds essential connections and relationships.
