How to Turn Off Notifications

In this note, you will be shown the steps to turn off notifications during a specific time of day. This setting change is helpful if your child’s bus enters your neighborhood for more than one school. You can set the parameters to allow notifications only to occur during the time you set.

On the notification settings screen, they can toggle the trip notification on/off, adjust the zone area/distance, and adjust the time window for the stop notification. When you click on the “Alert In” field, the parent can narrow down the window around the stop time to a smaller window. For example, if the stop time is 7:30 a.m., they may want to only receive a notification between 7:20 a.m. and 7:40 a.m. This can help limit notifications.
