    • Fully staffed for three consecutive years.
    • Increased bilingual staff by approximately 20 staff members in just two years - with approximately one-third of our K-5 teachers being fluent in Spanish.
    • 100% of staff believes Glenn is a “good place to work and learn” - tied for highest in DPS.
    • Former DPS teacher of the year, former teachers of the year from at least 5 schools, 6 DPS teachers/staff of the month in the past two years, DPS counselor of the year, and former North Carolina principal of the year finalist and DPS principal of the year.
    • Added many community partners, including Bike Durham, Durham Bulls, Helping Education, Book Harvest, Activate Good, Duke’s FEMMES+ Science Program, several local churches and sororities, Communities in Schools, NCCU and UNC graduate schools, Duke Athletics, and more.
