Lakewood Montessori Middle

Lakewood Montessori Middle School spent the last three and a half months partnering with a photodocumentary class at Duke University. Student photographers have been at Lakewood for months focusing on different aspects of our Montessori program. Each photographer chose an aspect of life at Lakewood and took still shots to create a narrated vignette that explains how the subject of their photographs is an important part of life at Lakewood. Student photographers were at Hispanic Heritage Night, Fall Camp, and the Hub Farm. They photographed morning meetings, athletic events, and outdoor learning.
