Replacement Chargers

  • If your charger is lost, damaged, or stolen, you will need to replace it, per DPS policies. 

Price Increase for Replacement Chargers

  • Due to significant reports of durability concerns with replacement chargers, DPS IT is no longer purchasing third-party chargers at a reduced price.  Effective immediately, all DPS replacement chargers will be purchased from a warrantied factory vendor to ensure appropriate wattage and durability of wiring. Staff and students must submit a request via the respective form and complete payment of the $38 replacement fee by visiting https://osp.osmsinc.com/p/BG501-10. Once payment is confirmed, the replacement charger will be delivered to the requestor.
