Yes, families who want to join Ignite! will commit to virtual learning for the school year and be taught by teachers who specialize in personalized, virtual and blended instruction. 

Who does Ignite! serve? How does Ignite! support students with IEPs? EL & AIG Students?

The Ignite! Online Academy team will find the spark of joyful learning in each student through personalization and technology. We serve any student who is ready to own their learning and become a 21st century leader. You may enroll in Ignite Academy even if you are not currently enrolled in DPS. Ignite will have dedicated staff to support children with Individual Education Plans, Language Education Plans & DEP plans. We will meet with families though a team process to determine the delivery of supplemental support to the general education curriculum.
