Each math classroom is eligible to request a classroom set of 30 calculators in a hanging storage bag. The bags hang well from an over-the-door hook (available at Dollar Tree). 6th and 7th grade classrooms receive Texas Instruments TI-30XIIS calculators, and 8th grade classrooms receive Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus graphing calculators. All graphing calculators will have fresh batteries, and it is the teacher's responsibility to ensure that students turn them off when not in use; batteries should last well beyond one school year.
