In November 2016, citizens in Durham County voted to approve four bond referenda supporting Durham Public Schools, Durham Tech, the Durham County Public Library, and the Museum of Life and Science.

The $90 million bond referendum for DPS will support projects in schools across our county, including a whole-campus replacement and a substantial renovation for two of our schools, safety and security upgrades, new roofs, energy efficient lighting and climate control upgrades, athletic improvements and more.
