Vickie Proctor

Hi! My name is Vickie Proctor and I am so fortunate to be a third grade teacher here at Mangum. This will be my 24th year as a teacher and I have been blessed to be part of this wonderful community in which my family has lived in for the past 24 years. My family includes my husband Brad and my two children Colby (20) and Kate (15). I look forward to another exciting adventure this year at the most amazing elementary school!

Tracie Humphries

Hello Mangum Families! I am Tracie Humphries and I am joining the 3rd grade team. I live in Timberlake with my husband Jason and two sons Dustin and Dalton. We have two dogs Daisy, Rosie, and a guinea pig named Belle. I graduated from ECU with a degree in Elementary Education and K-12 Reading. This will be my 10th year teaching. I love what I do and the Mangum community!
